Free standard shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve. There is no minimum spend, no weight-based surcharge and no paid shipping option.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods such as holidays and sales events.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most countries in Europe. The full list of destinations we currently serve is shown at checkout. If your country appears there, we deliver to it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or the customs authority upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@belaviefashion.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with your order number. We can usually correct it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
